What's included in the rental price?
Our rental price includes all utilities, internet, and furnishings. No hidden fees.

What do we require for qualification?
No evictions. References from past landlords help. Pets and bad credit are okay. Good communication is a must.

Do we need to meet in person?
We can meet in person by appointment. Visit our office in Columbus, GA, or meet on-site. Most prefer our self-viewing option for convenience.

What extra services are available?
We provide professional cleaning for $99 per visit. Our venue space is available for $99 per hour.
